We'll work together to define how the individual pieces of your past have created the template you're currently living by...before coming up with a tailored plan for your personal evolution and empowerment.
I work with Muslim women who feel the quiet ache of dissatisfaction in their lives, even if they can’t yet name its source. Many women do not realise that their challenges are not personal failings, but the result of generations of patriarchal conditioning—much of it justified through distorted religious teachings.
My role is to awaken them to this truth, so they can see clearly how the external systems of patriarchy have shaped their inner world. From there, we begin the work of unlearning internalised beliefs of their own inferiority, and releasing fear, self-doubt, guilt, and the weight of 'what other people think' - which have been programmed into Muslim women (and all women) through hundreds of years of male domination.
This is both inner and outer work—healing the feminine psyche while reclaiming the right to live fully, freely, and authentically. Together, we reimagine what life could look like when a woman stops shrinking, claims her Divine birthright, and chooses to design a life that honours her Soul.
Every woman is different. Her challenges, her circumstances, her background, and her desires for change in her life. Rather than a cookie-cutter approach, we co-create a highly individualised program, pulling together from different topics to weave together exactly what you need to get to where you want to be.
